Portable Pie Party

On May 7th , 2009 at Track 16 Galleries, The Portable City Pie Party was part of an exhibit called Irrational Exhibits 7. The Portable City Pie Party fed the audience of over 120 individuals small slices of the pie. The pie was served around portable patio table, the gallery public flocked to the table one at a time to be served up homemade slices of pie which symbolizes simplicity, warmth, hospitality, kindness, and human connection.

The pie was served around portable patio table, the gallery public flocked to the table one at a time to be served up homemade slices of pie which symbolizes simplicity, warmth, hospitality, kindness, and human connection. A personal invitation was offered for the interested members to attend a larger pie party and conversation. Each event has became a platform for building a future dialogue that involves more pie and a larger table and venue.
